Free range chicken breast from Church Farm, diced and cooked slowly in a white wine sauce. We add leeks and a little wholegrain mustard to this mix to enhance the flavour and create a rich creamy filling.
Wrapped in our gluten free pastry and baked this pie is best served hot but can be enjoyed cold on a picnic with some salad or alone.
Chicken and Leek Filling (55%) (British free range chicken 24%, water, leeks, onions, gluten free flour, white wine, wholegrain mustard, chicken stock powder (contains celery), garlic granules, salt, black pepper, dried mixed herbs) Pastry 45% (Rice flour, water, potato flour, chickpea flour, tapioca flour, palm oil*, rapeseed oil, water, emulsifier E471, Xantham Gum, salt) Soy milk (for glazing).
